All hinge positions are shown relative to the operation of the window sashes and how they open but the actual position varies with the use of "Spiral Balances"to allow the sash to operate in this manner, these "Spiral Balances" allow the sash to open and close in a controlled manner.The 6 pane effect is created within the double glazing units, not on the outside face of the glazing units.
