Secure Payments and Anti-Fraud checks, we use Sagepay for all on-line payments and as such we make several checks to protect our customers against fraud.
We receive a check list from Sagepay which may on rare occassions require us to check your identity.
This will involve us sending out a standard "Confirmation of Identity and purchase of Goods" notice which must be signed and returned before any goods will be dispatched.
We make no excuses for this level of security, it is to protect you the customer and your confidence in our business, we look forward to your co-operation.
Payment options, we can accept your payments on-line, over the phone or by Cheque, when payment is made over the phone or by cheque your order must be received in writing by email or snail mail, you decide.
Cleaning tip: Please make sure that only approved pvc cleaning products are used on any door or window that is supplied by us, if in doubt please ask for our advice.

All frame section dimension measurements, these may vary in actual or perceived dimensions from those which are viewed on-line, for example, all measurements are taken to the centre of the vertical rails (mullions) which separate the glass areas and the same applies to the horizontal (transom) rails, some images are "Skewed" to give the images more depth to allow you, the customer, to make an informed judgement of what the products may look like, see our Frame Section Details for more info.
Some of our larger windows may be supplied with the "dead pane" glass delivered loose to allow for site fixing and for transportation, the glass is easily installed again by you or your fitter on site, all our windows and doors achieve an indicative U-value of 1.6W/m2K.
